LOCATION: Bemboka (exact location will be emailed after ticket purchase but we are less than 1km from township)

Dine in the Bines is an enchanted evening celebrating local produce and agriculture. Visualise a grand dining table nestled set amongst hop bines dripping with flowers soon to be harvested. This intimate and extremely unique event is only offered once a year to 100 guests who will walk away with an unforgettable experience.
Your ticket includes; a 3-course gourmet dinner using local produce, local beverage on arrival, live music throughout the evening and a 5-hour sensory and visual immersion into the world of hops. Local craft beer, wine and gin are on offer from the onsite bar.
Group bookings of 3 people or more will be guaranteed to sit together at the long table. A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased in one transaction.

Please note: If you have DIETARY REQUIREMENTS please email hops@ryefieldhops.com after purchasing a ticket. Dietary requirements will need to be informed at least one month prior to the event to ensure adequate time for catering.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When booking a Ryefield Hops ‘Dine in the Bines’ ticket you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Pricing & payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will be accepting by our website booking system.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
A booking fee is included in the price if a ticket is purchased online.
Age requirements
You are over 18 years of age at the date of booking.
We reserve the right to request ID for persons who appear to be under legal drinking age.
Any participants who cannot demonstrate they are 18 years or over will be asked to leave and refunds will not be provided.
Cancellation by you
If you need to cancel please email hops@ryefieldhops.com as soon as possible.
If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event, we may retain 100% of the total amount paid if we cannot find someone to replace your seat at the table.
If you don’t turn up for the event we cannot offer a refund.
Please note fees and charges charged by our booking provider may not be refundable.
Tickets and/or Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
Cancellation by us
Due to inclement weather we may have to move the location indoors and this may be at short notice. The location will still be on farm and you will be notified of this for parking requirements.
If we need to postpone the event to due reasons or circumstances beyond our control we will allocate a new date. If you cannot attend the new date we will give you a full refund.
If we cannot postpone and need to cancel the event completely to due reasons or circumstances beyond our control we will offer a full refund.
Only registered workshop participants allowed on farm
As a working farm, the only people allowed on site during the event are ticketholders. Anyone else will be asked to leave the site.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a ticket proof of purchase and this can be shown on a mobile phone or with paper confirmation.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
The event has an onsite bar. Guests are encouraged to use taxis or arrange drop offs/pick-ups where possible. Bus transfers are also available to towns in the Bega Valley which need to be prebooked through Ryefield Hops website.
We will refuse to admit you to the premises if you appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of prohibited narcotic substances on your arrival.
No alcohol can be taken into the event.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale or sampling of alcohol consistent with the terms of our alcohol license and NSW liquor laws.
Disturbance to other participants may result in the termination of your attendance and you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
No refunds will be given if you are asked to leave the property for any breach of these terms.
General Health and Safety
Ryefield Hops welcome guests with special needs or disabilities. Please inform us if you require anything on the day. Please call 0409986269 to discuss your requirements.
Please observe all signage on the farm. It is a working farm so this is for your own safety.
Please follow the instructions of Ryefield Hops team when on farm.
Please stick to the event boundary and do not wander off to other areas. There are unmarked dangers and livestock on the rest of the property which can cause injury.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not available on farm. All guests will be required to leave the farm at the cessation of the event.
Publicity
You agree that Ryefield Hops may use images or video of you taken during the event without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only, through whatever medium it chooses.
This may include, but is not limited to, posting images to social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram, other online advertising, as well as for use in print media such as flyers, brochures and posters.
Privacy
Ryefield Hops will need to collect personal information from you in order to provide a ticket to the event.
By booking with Ryefield Hops you implicitly agree to receive occasional emails advertising future events on farm. You have the ability to unsubscribe at any time.
