Visit Ryefield Hops for 4 hours filled with invaluable knowledge, a behind the scenes tour, craft beer, good food and loads of goodies to take home with you.

GROUP SIZE: 25 people maximum per workshop (18+ only event)
PRICE: $180 per person (including GST and booking fee)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When booking a Ryefield Hops workshop you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Pricing & payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will be accepting by our online booking system or by an alternate arrangement by contacting Karen (0409986269).
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
A booking fee is included in the price if a ticket is purchased online.
Age requirements
You are over 18 years of age at the date of booking.
We reserve the right to request ID for persons who appear to be under legal drinking age.
Any participants who cannot demonstrate they are 18 years or over will be asked to leave and refunds will not be provided.
Cancellation by you
If you need to cancel for any reason please notify Karen (0409986269) as soon as possible.
If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the workshop, we may retain 100% of the total amount paid.
If you don’t turn up for the workshop and give no notice, we cannot offer a refund.
Please note fees and charges charged by our booking provider may not be refundable.
Tickets and/or Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
Cancellation by us
If we need to cancel the workshop to due reasons or circumstances beyond our control we will allocate a new workshop date. If you cannot attend the new date we will give you a full refund.
Only registered workshop participants allowed on farm
As a working farm, the only people allowed on site during the workshop are participants with a valid ticket. Please note that we have no facilities for accompanying guests and/or children.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have purchased the correct number and types of ticket.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
The workshop involves sampling and consumption of alcohol and as such we would encourage guests to use taxis or arrange drop offs/pick-ups where possible.
We will refuse to admit you to the premises if you appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of prohibited narcotic substances on your arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale or sampling of alcohol consistent with the terms of our alcohol license and NSW liquor laws.
Disturbance to other participants may result in the termination of your workshop and you will be asked to leave the property.
No refunds will be given if you are asked to leave the property for any breach of these terms.
General Health and Safety
Ryefield Hops welcome guests with special needs or disabilities. Please inform us if you require anything on the day. Please call 0409986269 to discuss your requirements.
You will observe all signage on the farm.
You will follow the instructions of Ryefield Hops team when on farm.
Publicity
You agree that Ryefield Hops may use images or video of you taken during the workshop without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only, through whatever medium it chooses.
This may include, but is not limited to, posting images to social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram, other online advertising, as well as for use in print media such as flyers, brochures and posters.
Privacy
Ryefield Hops will need to collect personal information from you in order to provide a service.
By booking with Ryefield Hops you implicitly agree to receive occasional emails advertising future events on farm and hop growing information. You have the ability to unsubscribe at any time.
